Kathryn Kennelly
Kathryn has been a commercial real estate broker for 32 years, licensed in Georgia and Florida and has represented many clients in these states.
She was born in Miami and attended the University of Florida, graduating with a Bachelor of Science in business administration and management. After college, she moved to Atlanta to begin her career. She initially began working for a developer and then spent several years providing leasing services to various Landlords throughout the Metro Atlanta region.
After obtaining her broker’s license, she began concentrating on the brokerage side of the business. Representing tenants and purchasers, she was able to provide the commercial real estate services needed to successfully complete their transactions.
Kathryn is very active in the community and is involved in exceptional programs such as the Cobb Chamber of Commerce, Leadership Cobb, Honorary Commanders, CEO Roundtable, National Association of Realtors, and Atlanta Commercial Board of Realtors.
On a personal note, Kathryn resides in Atlanta and enjoys spending time with her family and friends, and activities like biking, horseback riding, hot yoga and travel.
